Board and Staff Therapy Animals of Utah has nine active Board members: Larry Lawlor, MBA, Co-Chairman Larry spent 25 years at Honeywell in MA in finance and administration - since moving to Utah Larry has worked in real estate and mortgage business, as well as skiing in his free time. Debbie Carr (M.Ed., B.S.N.), Co-Chairman Debbie graduated from the University of Utah and worked as a nurse in pediatric psychiatry for several years before becoming a preschool special education teacher. She has worked for over 25 years with young children with disabilities. Debbie is a Delta Society licensed Pet Partner, Instructor, Evaluator, Evaluator Instructor and AAT Applications for Healthcare Instructor. Gary Walton, Vice Chairman Gary has owned and managed Beehive Bail Bonds, a highly respected business in downtown Salt Lake City for over 25 years and brings a valuable business perspective to TAU. Scott Sanders, Esq. Scott, a graduate of the S.J. Quinney College of Law is owner of Beehive Legal in Salt Lake City Rob Lyungberg, Esq. Rob graduated from the S.J. Quinney College of Law and practices in Salt Lake City Billie Daugherty Billie works in a supporting role in the Health & Welfare Benefit’s industry and brings administrative experience to TAU. She also volunteers with No More Homeless Pets in Utah. Billie and her Pet Partner Yeti, a Seal Point Siamese, are in their fifth year of volunteering for TAU. Katherine is a real estate and finance lawyer at Parsons Behle & Latimer UAATA Advisory Board Brian Roberts, Esq. Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts in American Government from Georgetown University in 1993. He returned to Salt Lake City and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah in 1996.
